Tough 2000 Resin
Strength and stiffness comparable to ABS, combining toughness and creep resistance. Elongation at break 48 %, HDT 53 °C. Suitable for snap‑fit enclosures, jigs & fixtures and functional structural components.
Tough 1500 Resin
Stiffness and toughness mimic polypropylene. Elongation at break 51 %, flexural modulus 1.4 GPa. Suitable for snap‑fits, clamps and living hinges for repeated‑bending flexible mechanisms. Certified biocompatible for prolonged skin contact.
Rigid 10K Resin
High glass‑filler loading delivers flexural modulus up to 10 GPa with excellent hardness and chemical resistance, comparable to glass‑/carbon‑filled thermoplastics. HDT reaches 238 °C. Suitable for molds, tooling, inspection gauges and components requiring dimensional accuracy under high‑temperature & high‑pressure conditions.
High Temp Resin V2
HDT reaches 238 °C @0.45 MPa, the highest heat‑resistance resin from Formlabs with low coefficient of thermal expansion. Applied for injection‑mold masters, hot‑gas / fluid flow channels, heat‑resistant housings and high‑temperature test fixtures.
Elastic 50A Resin V2
Shore hardness 55A with soft rubber‑silicone‑like touch. Elongation at break 160 %, tear strength 12.3 kN/m. Withstands repeated bending, stretching and compression. Ideal for sealing rings, gaskets, soft‑touch grips and wearable devices.
Clear Resin V5
